Pepper or salt mill TEXTURA ANTIQUE whitened. The CeraCut® grinder used in the device are not only efficient, resistant to corrosion and wear, but also do not absorb odors. The mill has a mechanism to select the full scale grinding fineness from fine to coarse size. The whitewashed wooden housing has undergone a special sand-blasting process, thanks to which it has received a surface structure interesting in appearance and touch.

To fill the mill, remove the upper part by gently pulling it off, do not twist! The top of the grinder is pressed in. Then fill the container with the seasoning. Never squeeze spices to add more. Leave space at the top of the container so that you can close it freely. Pay attention to the quality of the spices, especially if they are not contaminated. The lower screw is also used for adjustment, if you want to grind finely, turn the adjustmenst knob clockwise, and if you want larger pieces, turn it counterclockwise. Before adjusting, make sure the grinder is clean and that there are no stuck pieces of spices.

Note: Never grind when the spice container is empty, it may damage the grinder!
Do not lift the mill by the pushed-on top, the element may slip off and the spices may scatter.

Clean with a slightly moistened, soft cloth. The grinder should never be immersed in water. The grinder can be cleaned gently with a brush.
