To fill the mill, remove the upper part by gently pulling it off, do not twist! The top of the mill is pressed in. Then fill the container with the seasoning. Never squeeze spices to add more. Leave space at the top of the container so that you can close it freely. Pay attention to the quality of the spices, especially if they are not contaminated. A stand with a marked scale of grinding thickness gives the possibility of smooth adjustment from fine to coarse size, and additionally ensures that the table top is kept clean. Note: Never grind when the spice container is empty, it may damage the grinder!

Clean with a slightly moistened, soft cloth. The mill should never be immersed in water. The grinder can be cleaned gently with a brush.
