The miniature size of the mill makes it the perfect travel companion as well as seasoning tool on the table. The CeraCut® grinder used in the device is not only efficient, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, but also do not absorb odors. The mill has a full scale grinding adjustment mechanism from fine to coarse size. The transparent lid on the bottom will not only collect spice crumbs, but also reduce the weathering of spices. The product was designed by the AdHoc Design Team and Roland Kreiter and won the FORM#2019 award.

To fill the mill, unscrew the transparent container for spices and then pour in the spices. Never squeeze spices to add more. Leave space at the top of the container so that you can close it freely. Pay attention to the quality of the spices, especially if they are not contaminated. The screw at the bottom is for adjustment, if you want to grind finely, turn the adjustment knob clockwise, and if you want larger pieces, turn it counterclockwise. Before adjusting, make sure the grinder is clean and that there are no stuck pieces of spices.

Note: Never grind when the spice container is empty, it may damage the grinder!

Not dishwasher safe. Clean with a slightly moistened, soft cloth. The mill should never be immersed in water. The grinder can be cleaned gently with a brush.
