It is a tool designed for flambéing, caramelizing, glazing, dissolving, with the help of which also a baking aroma can be obtained. The burner is fired by pressing a pressure button on the back of the burner housing, along with a convenient rotary locking mechanism that allows the flame to be used continuously without pressing the button. On the side of the burner housing there is a slider for adjusting the intensity of the flame. The burner has a reliable piezoelectric starter, and lighter gas is enough to fill it. In order to ensure the highest level of safety, the burner is equipped with a safety lock that prevents accidental ignition. This very solid product was designed by the AdHoc Design Team.
